1. To open a ticket click on Submit Ticket under the Support tab.

  2. Select the department that you want to send the ticket to.  
  3. Select a server that your ticket is related to.  
  4. You can then type your message and subject.  
  5. You can also attach a file and select the priority level of your ticket if you wish.

      When you are finished click the blueOpen Ticketbutton.
