- To open a ticket click on Submit Ticket under the Support tab.
- Select the department that you want to send the ticket to.
- Select a server that your ticket is related to.
- You can then type your message and subject.
- You can also attach a file and select the priority level of your ticket if you wish.
When you are finished click the blueOpen Ticketbutton.
