To Enable the server
1. Go to the Dedicated Servers page and click on a server’s link you want to enable.
2. Click on the “Enable” button, and then click “Confirm” button to confirm your request.
3. Or in the Main menu go to Support tab and choose Submit Ticket page. In the Department & Service list, select a server from the drop-down menu and filled out your information to submit a ticket. The disable ticket example as shown in the following image. Your ticket will be sent to our support team, who will respond to you as soon as possible.
